You took care of the early stage planning, now let us bring your vision to life so you can enjoy your day! This package can be customized to include coordination, styled rentals, or a combination of both!

- Two months prior to your event, we will meet with you to understand your vision.
- We will create detailed timelines for vendors and key people involved in the event.
- We provide a décor inventory tracking checklist and placement diagram.
- Assistance with creating a floor plan.
- The package includes a final call to all your vendors to double check the details.
- We will coordinate the rehearsal and day of the event.
- We set-up and style décor in alignment with your vision.
- At the conclusion of your event, we ensure all your belongings are securely packed in an organized fashion.
- We are at your service for any unique, personal needs you may have.
Centerpieces, custom signage, and styled rental items for your welcome table, dessert table, sweetheart table, etc., are conveniently available as add-ons.
With each of our event planning packages, you have access to an online, personalized document library where you have real-time visibility into all the work being done.

Once the contract is signed and your deposit is made, your date is officially reserved.
We serve an approximate 60 mile radius from zip code 18707 (Eastern PA and NJ). A delivery and set-up fee is added based on your venue location.
