Shipping Policy

PRODUCT SHIPPING

We ship anywhere within the United States. International shipping is not offered at this time, but may be available in the future. Please check back for updates.

The average transit time is 7 business days.

Custom orders take an average of two business days to ship. Thank you for your patience as we work on this special piece just for you.

We offer free shipping on orders of $100.00 and more.

For orders less than $100, the shipping fee is $7.00.

 

FLOWER PRESERVATION

Shipping and pick-up/delivery options for preserved flowers vary by design. Please read the item descriptions for details. We recommend a consultation for flower preservation services. Please reach out to stella@stelladorallc.com so we can assist you in choosing a design and shipping/delivery method that best fits your needs.  

For designs that have shipping availability: You expedite ship us your flowers (ideally within 2 days of your event), we preserve & turn them into a custom creation, and we ship the final product back to you. The average turn around time is a minimum of 3 weeks.

For designs offering pick-up and delivery: We serve an approximate 50 mile radius of 18707, for a round trip fee of $15.00. The order minimum for flower preservation delivery is $50.00 and only select designs are eligible. Please read the item descriptions for details. The average turn around time is a minimum of 3 weeks.

 

RENTALS

Please reach out to Stella@stelladorallc.com for a consultation prior to booking a rental service. Our rental items are never shipped. A delivery and setup fee is calculated based on the location of your event. Your date is not officially reserved until a contract is signed, and the rental deposit is made via the website. The delivery and setup fee is due on the day of your event.
