Customizable Wedding Planning and Decor Package - The Regal
The Regal wedding planning and styling package begins about 8-12 months prior to your wedding. This comprehensive, hands-on, and customizable package allows you to be stress free while the details of your wedding are handled with great care. This package can include a mix of planning services, day of coordination, and styled rentals. This package was designed to produce a cohesive aesthetic, fully managed and brought to life beautifully by our talented team. This package is a client favorite for a reason!
Examples of what can be included depending on your unique needs:
- An onboarding consultation with you to understand your style and create a vision board for you
- In addition to helping you decide on the perfect venue, we also provide you with high quality vendor options for any carve-out services you are in need of (catering, DJ, photographer/videographer, etc.) and act as a point person, coordinating all of the details with your vendors.
- Keeping you on track with time sensitive milestones such as sending invitations and dress fittings
- Creation of a detailed timeline for vendors and key people involved
- Décor inventory checklist and placement diagram
- Seating charts and room layout visuals
- Documented follow ups with all of your vendors- We also act as the point person for all of your vendors on the day of.
- Flawless coordination for the rehearsal and day of your wedding
- Décor set-up and styling that aligns with your vision
- At the conclusion of your wedding, we ensure all of your belongings are securely packed in an organized fashion.
Backdrops and styled rental items such as unique vases, candles, decorative risers, and custom silk floral arrangements for your guest tables, welcome table, sweetheart table, dessert table etc., are conveniently available and can be added to this package. Touches of fresh florals such as single stem roses in our beautiful selection of vases make stunning additions. We also offer custom ribbons and signage.
With each of our event planning/styling packages, you have access to an online, personalized document library where you have real-time visibility into all the work being done. We meet in person and/or virtually multiple times throughout the process and are very responsive to unscheduled calls/texts as any items arise that you wish to discuss.

Once your contract is signed and deposit is made, your date is officially reserved.
We serve Eastern PA and surrounding regions. A delivery and setup fee is added based on your venue location.
