Customizable Event Planning and Styling Package - The Regal
The Regal event planning and styling package begins about 12 months prior to your event. This comprehensive and hands-on, customizable package can include a mix of planning services and styled rentals such as:
- An onboarding consultation with you to understand your style and create a vision board for you.
- We provide you with high quality vendor options for any carve out services you are in need of (catering, DJ, photographer/videographer, florist etc.) and act as a point person, coordinating all of the details with your vendors.
- Creation of detailed timelines for vendors and key people involved in the event
- Décor inventory tracking checklist and placement diagram
- Assistance with creating seating charts and room layout
- Two follow ups with all your vendors to finalize details and we act as the point person for all of your vendors on the day of
- Finalizing any last minute details and logistics
- Flawless coordination for the rehearsal and day of the event
- Décor set-up and styling that aligns with your vision
- At the conclusion of your event, we ensure all your belongings are securely packed in an organized fashion
Backdrops, custom signs and styled rental items such as unique vases, candles, decorative risers, and silk floral arrangements for your guest tables, welcome table, sweetheart table, dessert table etc., are conveniently available and can be added to this package.
With each of our event planning/styling packages, you have access to an online, personalized document library where you have real-time visibility into all the work being done. We meet in person and/or virtually multiple times throughout the process and are very responsive to unscheduled calls/texts as any items arise that you wish to discuss.

Once your contract is signed and deposit is made, your date is officially reserved.
We serve an approximate 60 mile radius from zip code 18707 (Eastern PA and NJ). A delivery and setup fee is added based on your venue location.
