Our customizable corporate event planning and styling packages are perfect for galas, grand openings, employee appreciation, team building, and beyond. Professionally trained and experienced in large-scale project management, Stelladora's lead event planner and the Stelladora team will take care of all of the details and bring your vision to life.

Planning:

• Access to an online database where you have real-time visibility into all of the progress being made.
• Assistance with securing a venue and vendors.
• The Stelladora event planner will collaborate with your venue on a floor plan, color theme, food choices etc.
• Collaboration and follow up with your vendors.
• A detailed timeline is provided.
• Decor tracking and examples are provided.

Styling

• Backdrops
• Balloon arches and garlands
• Guest table decor rentals and styling
• Dessert table and welcome table decor rentals and styling
• Custom signs

We serve an approximate 80 mile radius from zip code 18707 (Eastern Pennsylvania and surrounding regions including parts of NJ). Do you live slightly farther? Please reach out and we would be happy to discuss. 

A $500 deposit is required and total price depends on the scale of the package.

Once the contract is signed and your payment is made, your date will be officially reserved. The final payment is not due until the day of your event and will be calculated based on your venue location. We are happy to discuss special requests and ideas you have for your special day!
